Pocket PokerM8 — Terms of Service

Welcome to Pocket PokerM8 ("Pocket PokerM8", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms of Service govern your access to our website, pre-launch landing page, waitlist registration and related communications.

Pocket PokerM8 is a digital platform being developed to help poker enthusiasts discover poker events, track sessions, analyse performance and access poker-related tools and information.

By registering for our waitlist, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Pocket PokerM8 is currently in development and has not yet been publicly launched.

By joining our waitlist, you acknowledge that:

• Waitlist registration does not create an entitlement to a subscription, account or service.

Our waitlist registration process is managed using Clerk, a third-party authentication and user management provider.

When registering, you may be asked to provide an email address and complete verification steps.

You agree not to register using another person's identity or provide misleading information.

We reserve the right to remove fraudulent, duplicate or abusive registrations.

By joining the waitlist, you request to receive communications relating to Pocket PokerM8, which may include:

• Early-access invitations.

• Changes to your waitlist registration.

Optional promotional or marketing communications will be sent only where permitted by applicable law and your communication preferences.

You may unsubscribe from optional marketing communications at any time.

Pocket PokerM8 may use artificial intelligence (AI), digital rendering, edited screenshots, animations and other creative technologies to produce images, videos, demonstrations and promotional materials displayed on our website, application and associated marketing channels.

To the extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the pre-launch website or waitlist.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, Australia, subject to any applicable mandatory laws.
